7. Data Retention

How to Request Data Deletion
Users may request the deletion of their data at any time. To request data deletion, email:

with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Please include:
Your full name
The email address associated with your Click It account
Any connected accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
Once your request is received, we will:
Delete your Click It account
Remove all stored profile information
Delete leads, notes, campaigns, agents, and app data connected to your account
Remove stored OAuth tokens for connected platforms
Notify you via email once deletion is complete
Deletion is typically completed within 7–14 business days.
Self-Service Deletion (If Enabled)
Users may also delete their own accounts from within Click It under:
Settings → Account → Delete My Account
This action permanently removes stored information and disconnects all integrations.
Removing App Access from Third-Party Accounts
You may also revoke Click It’s access directly through your connected platforms:
Facebook / Instagram
Settings > Security > Apps and Websites > Remove “Click It”
Google / Gmail
myaccount.google.com/permissions
Other platforms
Visit the account’s app permissions page.
Important Note
Once data is deleted, it cannot be restored.
Some anonymized or aggregated analytics may remain but will no longer be associated with your identity.
