7. Data Retention

How to Request Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their data at any time. To request data deletion, email:

with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your Click It account

  • Any connected accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)

Once your request is received, we will:

  1. Delete your Click It account

  2. Remove all stored profile information

  3. Delete leads, notes, campaigns, agents, and app data connected to your account

  4. Remove stored OAuth tokens for connected platforms

  5. Notify you via email once deletion is complete

Deletion is typically completed within 7–14 business days.

Self-Service Deletion (If Enabled)

Users may also delete their own accounts from within Click It under:
Settings → Account → Delete My Account
This action permanently removes stored information and disconnects all integrations.

Removing App Access from Third-Party Accounts

You may also revoke Click It’s access directly through your connected platforms:

Settings > Security > Apps and Websites > Remove “Click It”

Important Note

Once data is deleted, it cannot be restored.
Some anonymized or aggregated analytics may remain but will no longer be associated with your identity.

AI/ML Model Training Privacy Policy Disclosure for Google Workspace APIs

Click It does not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs, including Gmail API data, to train, improve, or develop generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Any data accessed through Google Workspace APIs is used solely to provide user-requested functionality within the Click It platform. Specifically, the Gmail API is used only to send emails on behalf of users who explicitly connect their Gmail account through Google OAuth authentication.

Click It does not read or analyze Gmail inbox messages for the purpose of training AI models. Gmail data obtained through the API is not used to train machine learning systems, improve AI models, or contribute to any shared or generalized model training processes.

AI features within Click It operate independently of Google Workspace API data. Any AI functionality in the platform uses user-provided inputs generated within the Click It application and does not use Gmail or other Google Workspace data for model training.

Google Workspace data accessed through the API is handled securely and only for the duration necessary to perform the requested user action, such as sending an email through the Gmail API.

Users maintain full control over their Google account connection and can revoke access at any time through their Google account permissions or within Click It account settings.
